With software maintenance, you always have the latest version and are up to date with technology and the law.
A software maintenance contract is a good investment for staying up to date and getting special support.
AMS owners get free updates and major upgrades for all new and updated products. MKA usually releases one or two new products and several smaller updates a year.
If the product does not comply with the documentation or you have questions, our technical support team will help. Support by email, remote maintenance and phone is free. If there is an error, MKA will fix it and provide the update as part of the next product cycle. In many cases, MKA can also provide an intermediate release before the actual update.
