•License is based on soft lock license binding to a machine. User has flexibility to transfer the license to any otherí
machine.
Annual Maintenance
• First yearly annual maintenance is mandatory when buying the perpetual license.
• Annual maintenance coveís all upgrades and technical suppoít.
• If the customer discontinues maintenance for a year or month and then renews the maintenance:
▫ The customer must pay the maintenance fee for the entire period of no maintenance.
▫ Maintenance fee will be the corresponding fee at the time of renewal.
▫ Customer will be supplied with the appropriate version of MkaPEB.
Subscription License
• A subscription license is limited by time.
• Maintenance is included in the subscription price.
